Michael Hanes is a Licensed Art Therapist and Director of CQI, Medical Records, Planning & Evaluation and Special Projects at Red Rock Behavioral Health Services in Oklahoma City.

Cathy and Michael have partnered on numerous client consulting and training for executive-level retreats and corporate university programs focusing on leadership.
