Lynn Weber has over 20 years experience in the areas of facilitation, training, development and executive coaching for a range of clients which include private, public and volunteer organizations. Lynn‘s expertise includes performance management, supervision, creative problem solving, managing time, motivation, delegation, managing change, labor relations, staffing, discipline, grievances, leadership, empowerment,  team facilitation, and organizational development.

She has led one organizational division through quality implementation and a Design of Experiment which resulted in reducing costs by half while increasing volumes by 300%.  Lynn presented the results in a paper “Performance and Measurements for Recruiting and Staffing Non-Exempt Employees” at a national conference in Chicago, in July, 1996.  She has been recognized for her leadership in joint company and union problem-solving teams and company restructuring efforts. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Masters in Human Relations, she has achieved a lifetime accreditation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
